Who we are

What we collect

• When you make a bouquet: the flowers you picked, the card (to, message, from), and your WhatsApp number or email.
• When you claim a Bloom Pass: your name and your WhatsApp number or email.

We don’t use tracking cookies or ads on these pages.

Why

• To show the bouquet to the person you send it to.
• To give you the 15% Bloom Pass.
• To send you our offers, newsletters and festive greetings, only because you ticked the box to say yes.

Who can see it

Anyone with a bouquet’s link or QR code can see that bouquet and its card, so please don’t write anything private on it. Your number or email is never shown on the bouquet. Our family team keeps your details in our own Google account, and we never sell or share them.

How long we keep it

We keep bouquets so their links keep working. We keep your number or email until you ask us to stop or delete it.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any of our messages, and we will stop.
• WhatsApp us to see, correct or delete your details or a bouquet you made. We’ll do it within 7 days.

Bloom Pass: 15% off

• 15% off the shop price on any purchase above ₹500 at Surbhi Flowers, Sector 34C, or on a WhatsApp order.
• Valid for 14 days from the day you claim it. The date is shown on your pass.
• Show the Bloom Pass screen or a Surbhi bouquet QR card when you pay.
